The vast majority of L’Étoile de Pacho employees are mothers who have a disabled child themselves. They are best placed to offer this support to families since they share the same daily life. Drawing on their personal experience, they draw heart and dedication from their reality to help families obtain the best programs and services for their children. They also allow those families for whom this new life is still unknown and frightening to see that a sweeter future is possible.

For any donation of $20 or more, a tax receipt will be issued
within weeks of receipt of the amount

Donate your stocks, bonds, mutual funds or other publicly traded securities.

What are the benefits of stock donations?
In Canada, publicly traded securities transferred directly to a charity are exempt from Capital Gain tax. Furthermore, you receive a tax receipt for the value of the titles at the time of the donation.

Always consult your financial advisor before any donation to verify that this is the best approach for you.

How can I donate stocks?
It’s very simple! You can do it by going to canadadon.org by clicking the link below, detailing which securities you wish to donate and put « L’Étoile de Pacho » as the beneficiary.

*CanaDon will issue your receipt and will deposit your donation in our bank account.
