It’s the Supplement for Handicapped Children Requiring Exceptional Care

Our mission at l’Étoile de Pacho is simple ; help as many parents of handicapped children obtain the SHCREC.

Since the creation of the SHCREC program, we have helped more than 300 families submit their request or contest a decision from Retraite Québec.

Our conselors understand your reality. They are all moms to a handicapped child. Plus, we do not take a commission on your subsidies.
